RiskIntelligence is a powerful web-based system that provides daily updates of claims and loss information in standard or customized reports, and is geared for the Zurich North America large account casualty customer that meets our qualifications. By providing timely information in its most useable format, RiskIntelligence enables you to review loss costs, analyze loss trends, and pinpoint problem claims or loss areas early on, so that corrective action can be implemented.
RiskIntelligence also makes it simple for risk managers to share certain information and analysis reports with others in their organization, spreading the power of risk management across the organization and its various functional areas. *
RiskIntelligence data is readily accessible to you from any internet-connected desktop, with an authorized user ID and password. More than 150 template reports cover virtually any information need, providing everything from detailed claim information to more comprehensive loss analysis to lag-time reporting. RiskIntelligence also now offers access to real-time adjuster notes to make it even easier to obtain important loss information. And the potential for additional tailoring of reports – by location, loss size, coverage type, etc. – is virtually limitless.
RiskIntelligence Release 3.0 now includes Operational Publishing®, which provides you with timely access to your published documents. Account-related documents such as risk engineering reports and loss bills can be consolidated in one place to make it easier for you to share information with us. With RiskIntelligence Release 3.0, you can even develop and publish your own documents to whoever you choose for viewing.

How does Operational Publishing work?
Operational Publishing enables you to view published documents from your Zurich account team that provide account or industry-related information such as risk engineering reports, loss bills, policy agreements, etc. Customers and distributors are also provided this same publishing capability, which enables you to publish virtually any type of electronic file such as documents, spreadsheets, PDF files, and even web site links that may be related to your work to selected individuals or groups within your account team! With this new feature, no longer will you need to rely on searching through volumes of email to find what you need - your published documents will be right where you need them!
What hardware and software will I need to use RiskIntelligence?
All you need is a 56K modem or better and Internet Explorer 6.0 or better to access RiskIntelligence from your PC. You'll also need Adobe Reader 5.0 or better for viewing PDF type files. One of the advantages of RiskIntelligence is that you can access your reports from any computer whether you're in the office, at home, or traveling.
Can I view reports containing data from my past and present insurance carriers?
Yes! Zurich RiskIntelligence Exchange® now makes it possible for you to view reports containing data from your past and present insurance carriers. RiskIntelligence Exchange enables you to run consolidated loss reports via RiskIntelligence, providing easy access to the full spectrum of your loss information, which can help you make better risk management decisions. More comprehensive loss analysis can lead to better solutions to prevent and control losses, helping you to reduce your overall insurance costs. Monitoring the effectiveness of your loss control programs and pinpointing problem areas will be much easier and more effective.
What if I need a custom report to meet my unique information needs?
