RiskAccess information is protected by satellite-linked security, yet is readily accessible to you from virtually any internet-connected desktop, with an ID password, and dynamic security code.

Frequently Asked Questions


How do I know my information is secure?
We’ve used the latest technology available to safeguard our data. When you logon, you’ll enter your assigned user ID, your personal PIN code, and a number shown on a security token. This number changes every minute to prevent intruders from logging on to RiskAccess even if they know your user ID and password.

What hardware and software will I need to use RiskAccess?
Most of the hardware or software you need is probably already on your computer. See the list below:

Minimum requirements

Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, or NT 4.0 (Macintosh, Unix, etc. are not supported by this product).
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.71 or greater (requires java virtual machine) or Netscape Navigator 4.1 or greater excluding version 6.
Network or modem connection to the internet with a link speed of 56 Kbps or better.
Disk Space: The downloaded software will require approximately 4 MB of disk space. If you are using Internet Explorer and you have not yet installed the Microsoft Virtual Machine, this will require an additional 6 MB of disk space.
Note: Depending on your corporate infrastructure, some internal firewall and proxy configuration changes may be necessary.

How do I start using RiskAccess?
