How do I know the files are secure?
We’ve used the latest technology to protect our claim file documents. When you logon, you’ll enter your assigned user ID, your personal PIN code, and a number shown on a security token. This number changes every minute to prevent intruders from logging on to RiskImage even if they know your user ID and password.
What hardware and software will I need to use RiskImage?
Most of the hardware or software you need is probably already on your computer. See the list below:
